With instingoEvent you get a digital platform that enables your company to show social commitment and to increase your employees' commitment to exercise. The participants in a challenge convert the steps they have taken, for the benefit of their health and for social projects.
Forming teams and competing with each other encourages engagement. The display of ranking lists on the platform ensures transparency and a current overview. The steps are automatically transferred from the fitness tracker or smartphone to our platform. The campaign is visible on smartphones, PC, laptop or tablet. With the pedometer competition you get an innovative gamification idea.

High motivation. Our program has goals, a common one for each group. Because only those who work towards something do so successfully. This is how we keep the motivation high.
A lot of communication. There is talk of the actions of instingo - across existing departmental boundaries. Because groups compete against each other and work together at the same time, new contacts are made. A lot of movement. In our walking competitions, the participants usually reach an average of 12,000 steps a day. This means that they are far above the WHO's recommended minimum number of steps of 10,000. Even the team with the fewest steps reached 10,000 steps per employee per day.
Great continuity. The motivation of the participants remains consistently high over the entire period. In our pedometer competitions, at least 98% of the participants remain with it until the end. The remaining 2% drop out due to illness.
